This is the WORST company to deal with! Customer service went down the drain. Check other companies. There's a great one in Bensalem...Rotech 215-442-1032. They treat you like a human being.
Great customer service. Received my products in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again.
Ive been dealing with This company since November 2016 for my husband's trach and ventilator supplies and they have yet to start getting our orders correct. They send the wrong stuff every month and then we have to call and get the right stuff sent and were left with all the wrong items. Their respiratory techs don't come out and do their visiting like they are suppose to, and when you call in, no one returns your calls etc. I'm so totally over this company. I do not and will not EVER recommend them to anyone.
I have used this company for many years and have seen a severe decline in customer service. I have been waiting since January for a part. It came in and I was called to ask if I wanted to wait for the rest of the order and pick it all up together. I agreed. Then they gave my part to someone else! It was reordered in April and I still wait. Calls are not returned. When I finally reached someone, I was told if I can't wait I should go somewhere else!
