Incompetent staff and owners who appear to be experts at pointing the finger towards the most vulnerable party. Wouldn't recommend
Most of the positive reviews are from family members and friends of the owners. That should tell you something
I personally know the owner and the staff at PHCS and the are amazing. The name of the company is spot on, they do make health care Personal and treat all their clients like family. There have been a few clients that were very abusive to the nurses and were dismissed from services. Hence the angry ratings those individuals provided. Call PHCS for an appointment and make your decison after you have the opportunity to talk to them. They are a very caring and wonderful agency and I highly recommend them!
