I cannot say enough good things about Personal Castles. We use them for our property management business and have always had a wonderful experience, so I decided to take the jump and contact them for a personal job. I used Personal Castles to clean my apartment in which I keep pretty tidy already. Out of the service I hoped for standard dusting and basic cleaning of my apartment in which they could not handle. On their first visit, Carlos came out and gave me an estimate and went over details of what I should expect of their service: cleaning of baseboards, ceiling fans and etc. This was not the case, my microwave or even the ledges of my windows were not wiped.
