Just had my semi-annual check-up and cleaning and all went well as usual. The seamless personal care I receive is always top notch. Nancy and Dr Richardson addressed an issue I was having and resolved the problem in the most professional manner. They and their team always make my dental experience anxiety and worry free with their calm approach to whatever may come to light. Thank you for taking good care of me at my dental visits.
The practice has changed a lot over the 20 years I have been a patient there but the quality and friendliness of the staff have remained excellent. Dr. Richardson is a great dentist.
5 star excellent service and care
I was experiencing pain in my front tooth while eating a bowl of hot oatmeal. I called Dr. James' office for HELP!!! I was scheduled for an appointment within a couple of hours. Dr. James was friendly and professional. She's gentle, knowledgeable and makes sure the patient understands the process of all procedures. The staff was also friendly and professional. I appreciate the cleanliness of the office and the great service provided!
This dentist office is fast, friendly, and good at what they do! My teeth always feel so clean when I leave there. I feel like they are always honest and tell me what is best for my oral health. When I hear others complain about their dentist I just laugh. It feels good to be able to trust your dentist, work with educate staff, and to get in and get out with the out sacrificing quality service.
