Every member of the staff was knowledgeable, thorough, prompt and pleasant. The waiting room and room environment was comfortable, inviting, clean and entertaining. My wait was less than five minutes. Dr. James worked diligently to make sure all my dental needs were met to my satisfaction.
Your staff was great! I was a nervous wreck and they worked with me and made sure I was ok and understood what I needed to do.
I've been using the same dentist since I was a child so moving and picking a new one was a bit stressful for me. After all of my research I am so happy I chose Personal Care Dental Group, they lived up to all their great reviews! The staff was very friendly and professional, I look forward to continuing my business here!

Excellent care by Katie the hygienist. She was very gentle and caring. I have a very small mouth strong gag and sensitive teeth. She made my cleaning and xrays pleasant. That's huge for me. Dr Richardson was wonderful as always. Great visit.
I had a great experience today. As well as, my others visits. They were very professional, courteous, and informative. I will definitely refer any one that I may know of needing dental work.
I just received a DEEP cleaning and the Hygienist was exceptional!!! What would normally be an unpleasant experience was painless and easy to get through!!! I look forward to scheduling my future cleaning and maintenance with her (I can't believe I just said that!!!) Truly life changing for those of us with "dental fears". Thank you so much!!!
