We are visiting family in Grand Island and the generator on our RV stopped working. We called Jon on Thursday afternoon and he said to bring it in first thing Friday. They got right on it and figured out the problem. It's always scary having an RV worked on by people that you don't know, but we were so please with the service that we received. The cost was very reasonable and the fact that they were able to focus on getting us back on the road was wonderful. We would totally recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks again!

Could not have been more disappointed. I called and told Nick what was wrong with the pickup. Asked him if he could get it in. "No problem, bring it down," he said. He also said it would take 1-2 hours. I had to bring my kids with me. After three hours and 20 minutes, he came back to let me know they figured out what was wrong with the truck. this place sucks ass my father in law had taken his truck there to be fixed and nothing was done wright. i drove down from omaha to help him inspect the truck once he got it home and being the older man that he is I feel that this place took advantage of him, even thought i asked him to let me take the truck back to omaha and that i would fix it in my own shop he didnt want to bother me with the extra work load. he took the truck back to them so they could warranty the work they had done so far they have yet to fix it correc... read more

They use to be good back in the day when they were smaller but since they grew and hired ppl that don't know what they are doing their quality of work has gone down significantly will not refer or return.
