RecommendedVince and his staff are awesome! Called them on my trip out to Colorado to see if they could take a look at my camper that had a shake in the front end. They said yes bring it in and we will look at it right away! They found the tire problem and got a tire ordered in (odd tire size) and put on the next morning. When coming back in to get my tire put on my check engine light came on and they took a look at that right away also. my daughters tire fell off of her car on her way home from work at 830 pm. Luckily for us it happened right in front of Personal Automotive. Chris and Clay happened to be in the vicinity, jacked the car up, put the tire back on and refused any payment for doing so. Stellar gentelmen.....stellar.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went out of their way to help me when my car broke down and I was out of town. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Grand Island area.
all the great reviews must have gone to another Personal Auto. if you're a woman & know nothing about mechanical, they'll screw you. It took another $1000 to get it fixed elsewhere!!!

After a two month ordeal with a less reputable shop, Vince and his team got my truck back on the road in very short time. HE really went above and beyond for me and restored my faith in humanity. I will be going back for any further auto care :)
THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME!!!!!! We were headed out of town for a little trip with our kids on Memorial Day and after we filled up with gas we noticed some warning lights had come on in our vehicle. We pulled over and called 5 different mechanics in town and none answered. Next we called Personal Automotive and they answered their phone and said they would meet us at their shop! What a blessing! WOW! That is all I can say about this place. Vince and his staff are amazing, helpful and down right kind! They worked with me and my insurance to make sure that my family's vehicles were taken care of after the Wood River flooding. Brings a tear to my eye and restores my faith in people!
