Our truck broke down on our way to a state meet for our son. Under a timeline to see the event, we called Personal Automotive. WOW!! They got us in and out so quickly!! Treated our emergency as they’re own. Got us fixed and back on the road. Great guys, great service-thank you!!!
Vince and his crew went above and beyond to get me back on the road fast. And they did it at a very reasonable price. They explained what was wrong and what would need to be done in the future. They were very transparent about the cost of the repair. It's a relief to meet a mechanic with great skills and integrity. I will be using personal automotive again for all my repairs.

My son broke down on his way to Colorado. They got my sons car in right away and started working on it. By day 2 it was finished. They gave me updates throughout the day and gave me options to save money. Helped this worried mama over the phone take care of everything. Car is still running great!

I had pulled my transmission and took it to them to have it rebuilt took them 15 hours to rebuild it put it back in the truck and nothing worked right...will not go back or recommend anybody to take any vehicle here
No highway breakdown is pleasant but this is as close as it gets! Clean, comfortable waiting area. Clean restroom was an unexpected plus. Staff and crew are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Super fast repairs at fair and reasonable costs. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the mechanics (Ory Tjaden) who took care of my truck (98 F-150) on Monday. It took one day to fix the truck and get it back on the road again. Thank you Personal Automotive Staff!
