On 10/21/2020, my friend and I went there for his early birthday dinner. We had our reservations for 8pm and we arrived and was seated. They took our drink orders (which we got) then we ordered our entrees. By that time we were there for about 30 mins or so. The manager that night came and told my friend that he cannot wear a hat in their facility. The Friday pork chop is normally delicious by today at the Cypresswood location 3 out of 4 orders were dry and difficult to eat. Flavor was delicious by way over cooked and very disappointing.

They have a Friday lunch special of a smaller portion of their famous pork chops. We have enjoyed this many times. This visit the chop was probably the best we have had. Perfectly cooked, moist and tender. Nice size serving of their delicious, scratch-made garlic mashed potatoes too. We topped it off by sharing their fall special pumpkin cheesecake. What a great lunch, the golden star was the pork chop!
