We too experience very poor service. So bad they changed waiters. Pretty sad for a supposedly fine dining. Bad experience. Not going back for awhile til they figure when you like the place you tell 2...when you don't you tell 8

We have eaten here several times. We go for the food. It’s great. Service is usually not good but I do not like bashing any particular performance due to an individual maybe having a bad day. For the prices I’ve paid for food, I am hoping for better staff in the future.

I love Perry's. We had gone there for our anniversary in January. Our first time in the new location. We felt as though we were in an upscale restaurant in New York City and not at Baybrook Mall. The steaks are amazing and the service is impeccable! We celebrated a birthday yesterday at lunch with the largest pork chop I have ever seen. It was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

Perry’s at Baybrook made our anniversary so so special!! The service was amazing!! Our server was great! Even rose petals were on our table when we arrived! So wonderful!!! The steak was beyond phenomenal!!
You get what you pay for. Food outstanding. Jerry outstanding. Atmosphere outstanding. We will be back. Great job all around.
