I went here because it's near my house, the receptionist was really rude, as soon as I felt her attitude I decided to leave and cancel my appointment. People with that kind of attitude shouldn't be dealing with people. Also, they weren't using their face masks properly so be careful if you're trying to protect yourself from the virus. Disgusting and disappointed. Avoid this place at all cost

WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM. STAFF NASTY ATTITUDES. they act rich mean while they live the super Ghetto smh. Please humble up and learn good customer service.

Listen to the reviews, I should've. The receptionist is rude and will look down on you. Been coming to this location for more then 7 years and the staff they had before were really professional and helpful. They won't tell you when your glasses are ready Do not recommend.

Place is very rude! It is not the doctors but the staff. They are super unprofessional. They get offended easily when you deny their up sale. The place in Hoboken called Eye Escape takes VSP and they are way more professional. Glasses are better there and the turn around time cant be beat. My sons appointments were a week before my appointment. I received my glasses from Eye Escape yet Vision Center is still waiting. We are almost going on a month! Go somewhere else!
