Not sure about all the bad reviews here. Perry built our home two years ago, and we love it. Becky, Perry, and every subcontractor they used was wonderful. Absolutely zero problems. Absolutely zero issues with warranties, absolutely zero issues at all. In fact I'm writing this review because my wife and I and went back to his web sight to look for a larger floor plan for the future, and We would never ever consider using any other builder.
