I worked with Perry for 20+ years, both in his capacity as a property manager and also as a realtor, buying and selling properties. Perry is a great communicator, extremely responsive, and helped me sell two properties into a tough market using unique strategies. Would definitely recommend working with Perry whether you have a home that needs property management, or need to buy or sell a property in Austin.
I was renting a home in Austin Managed by Perry's team and later Perry himself due to his "team's" incompetence. My first poor experience happened when I had an emergency that would damage the house and needed assistance. Perry and his Property management group (88 doors) did not respond for days, If I had decided to wait on their response the finishes would be ruined. Perry and I worked together on a deal recently. He was amazing to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, pleasant and professional. I gained a friend. Can’t wait to have him and his team on the other side of the deal again. Even after the deal was done, he was there to answer questions from my client, and addressed with his client an small problem that came up - it was addressed the same day! Spectacular!
It’s hard for me to find the words to explain what a wonderful experience it was to live at one of Perry’s properties. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive to anything we reached out to him about. We don’t want to leave our home down here, but are being relocated for work. Not only was he a great landlord, but he truly wanted to make sure we had a great experience living in Austin. If we are ever given the opportunity to move back, we’ll be reaching back out to Perry!
