On the annual spring start up of our a/c system we found that the compressor was bad and had to be replaced. I was not surprised as the system is 22 yrs. old. Matthew W. came out and reviewed our system and then we reviewed all of the alternatives. We decided that replacing the old system in total was the best choice. He did a good job of making sure we understood all of our options and what they would cost. I am pleased with the final decision.
We appreciate our Cooling/Heating Plan service each year. Jared R. completed our spring cooling check, in a very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner. We appreciate this service!

I was very pleased with the kind and competent service. I am always happy with Perry electric and Pierce was no exception. He trouble shot the problem with the ceiling heat /fan. Fixed and cleaned it well and reinstalled the parts. works great now.
Many more than the two employees listed assisted on the complete furnace and air conditioner replacement at the VFW ,,,, Not any one of the persons we dealt with was anything but professional and very knowledgeable on the job they performed. We had problems with our geothermal furnace. Robert was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and made the repair in a very timely manner. We recently had a new heat pump installed. Matthew came out and explained our options and was available throughout the installation to answer any questions we had and to made sure the equipment was installed properly.
