I have used Perry's Computers twice. The first time, they promised my work computer back on a certain day only to be 2 days late getting it to me. I felt that probably that was an isolated incident so I used them again for two reasons....1. thought they would be quicker in fixing my work computer than the Apple Store in the Summit and 2. thought my computer was having a problem due to the earlier repair and hoped it would be covered under warranty. Very reasonable and good customer service – I have had a very positive experience here. My iBook of 3 years broke down. They are very reasonable on their diagnostics price. Their communication and customer service is also very nice, something you don't see everywhere these days. The tech called me twice to discuss my computer. The charge to transfer the contents of my old hard drive over to the new iBook I purchased was also reasonable.
