From our first call for a free roofing estimate, every conversation was friendly, clear, and professional. We worked with Dean to go over roofing options, gutter choices, and the full scope of the job, and he provided a prompt estimate. It took us a while to decide exactly what we wanted for our roof, gutters, and downspouts, and Dean was patient the whole time and always answered our questions. Terrance also did a great job providing the details we needed so we could make the right decision for our home. Once we moved forwa... read more

i can t give more than a five star rating or i would. They guided my mom through her roof replacement from start to finish and made the whole roofing process easy to understand. My mother had a hard time following all the steps, but the crew was very patient, organized, and clear about the work, materials, and timeline. I really appreciate how carefully they handled everything and how well they cleaned up the yard and around the house after the roofing job was done. She had zero issues after the install and still does not ha... read more

We had a new roof put on and the whole experience was excellent. Greyson helped us plan the roofing job and explained how adding a solar tunnel could bring more natural light into our kitchen. He handled the scheduling in a way that fit our busy routine, and the process felt organized from start to finish. On installation day, the roofing crew arrived early and got right to work. Everything moved smoothly, and it was clear they knew roofing inside and out. Jude installed the solar tunnel while the rest of the team worked on ... read more

I love the look of my new Perma Lock aluminum roof installed by Perry Brothers Roof Repair, and my neighbors keep complimenting it too. It has the clean appearance of shingles but the long-lasting strength and performance of a metal roofing system. Terrance, Jude, Preston, and the rest of the roofing crew made the whole job smooth from the first inspection through the final installation. The entire experience was excellent. The team worked fast, stayed organized, and paid close attention to detail. They took extra time to cl... read more

Excellent roofing service from start to finish. When I called for an estimate, I expected voicemail, but Terrance answered right away and set up an appointment within a few days. When Dean came out to inspect the roof, he explained the whole process clearly and adjusted the proposal to fit our home and budget. The project was moved up when an opening came up, and Jude called to ask if the crew could start sooner, which we really appreciated. Our job was more complex than a standard roof replacement because it included tearin... read more
