Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always dress so professionally here, and have a very nice office. The entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional atmosphere. I never have to worry about my appointments. They definitely believe in quality here and it is much appreciated. I especially LOVED the fact that the doctor himself checked on me personally with a phone call the night of my procedu... read more

Was this dentist friendly? Yes Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, I didn't receive anything at all Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely!
