I went yesterday for a consult with Dr Alcala! From the minute I got there until the minute I left I was very pleased with everyone I had encountered. Lady who checked me in went above and beyond to sort out my insurance problem and so I didn't waste FOUR hours driving there for nothing. Nurses and Dr Alcala himself were all amazing, answered all my questions and concerns and explained everything in terms a "normal" person could understand.. not all the medical terms and stuff that unless you're in the med field you don't un... read more
I have been going since 1996 or longer. I have had the best back, spine and neck care. Dr Perra is wonderful and I wouldn't be walking around if it wasn't for his interest, his expertise and kind, caring and interested in u and your voice To me, he is amazing The staff is very kind
I was there yesterday for a consult and not impressed! I was incredibly rushed, treated like an idiot, and zero patient centered care. I got a proximity 4 minutes with Dr. Mullaney and very little explained to me, then when I got my orders I had a question....someone (don't know who because he didn't introduce himself) came into the room and I asked him about my DX, he got the assistant to come in and answer my question. The assistant was sweating looking at me with the expression like (REALLY) that I was wasting his time.
Dr. Mullaney is the best. He never sugar coated anything & when I expressed anxiety over my C6 & C7 fusion he assured me I was in good hands. In good hands I was!
