After being in pain for almost 2 years, multiple doctors, orthopedic specialists, four rounds of physical therapy, and multiple cortisone injections, with no pain relief, they found the problems causing my pain.
Excellent docs and staff! From the beginning of the surgical process to the end!! Dr. Shafa was great!

Terry in staffing is very cold and rude. I’m already having a bad time as a 33 year old RN with a spine-related work injury. No reason she needs to add to my bad day by repeatedly being snide. When asked what location I wanted to be seen at, I asked if all providers perform surgeries in case that is in my future (has been mentioned to me). Terry very snidely said “you haven’t even had an MRI”. As a nurse and a patient, I was looking to assess for continuity of care. That is extremely important to me.
