We had to come to Victoria for a hospital appointment for my wife, and while waiting I looked for a walk-in clinic that could see me, and Perpetual showed up in Google. Mel Ramos-Cabrera was working at reception when I arrived, and unlike my other horrible experiences trying to get health care on this Island without a family doctor, she was friendly, patient and professional and did her best to explain the doctor would see me, without an appointment, as soon as she could (30 minute estimate). All walk-in clinics were closed, so this was my last resort to confirm my suspicions of me having strep. That being said, both Dr. Nwosu and her staff were very helpful. She was running quite late (30 minutes) as her previous patients took more time than expected, but when I eventually saw her, she was kind, thorough, and professional.
Amazing team! I had an amazing experience there and I can't wait to go back.
