Unfortunately we were given their word on an opportunity that would be great for our company, however it was the exact opposite! If we knew now what we did during the lease negotiations we would of never agreed to work with this company. Besides the gigantic financial loss, we never even got a sense of compassion for the complete and utter disaster of this agreement, however they got their commission that's for sure!
This company is terrible!! Joe V promised me a move in date, and he lied. I literally lost millions of dollars. I had to be out of my current space by a certain date, and the new place will not be ready for another 2 months. If Joe V was honest with me, I would have taken a different location and all would have been good. Instead, he took the money and screwed my company.
