My new house is finally turning into a home. So blessed to have finally found someone in this area with 5 star craftsmanship. Jacob and his crew where always timely, professional, and cleaned up. Moreover, there were good stewards of my materials and did not waste. So excited to move forward with Jacob, Teresa and the crew.
I love our new vinyl laminate flooring. Perna Construction & Flooring does great work, the owner Jacob showed up the same day that we called them for an estimate, very professional, reasonable prices & great people. Last year they installed porcelain tile for us & had the same experience. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the work Perna Construction did for us recently in getting our house ready to sell. They installed French doors and another exterior door, did some interior and exterior painting, and some miscellaneous carpentry repairs. This was actually the second time we have used Perna. A year ago they installed a beautiful subway tile kitchen backsplash. Both times the quality of the work was excellent and the price reasonable. It was a pleasure to deal with Jacob, Theresa and their crew.

Perna Construction just finished a major bathroom renovation at my 100 year old house. They ran into many problems, but handled them all with kindness & professionalism. Their price & their work was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
