Alan promised a seamless roof replacement, but his crew's shoddy work left us with leaks within months. When we called, his wife Yesenia was dismissive and rude, making endless excuses. For a "family business," they show zero accountability or care for their customers. Steer clear of this unprofessional and unreliable company.

BEWARE OF THIS ROOFER. We paid Permian to go out and do a job and they have horrible communication. They just took first 50% which was about $6,000 and he keeps ignoring all my calls and texts. Very disappointed I don’t know what to do they stole my money and ran.
My roof was done pretty quickly. Everything turned out great and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Couldn't ask for a better company to replace my roof.
