My 2 yr old was admitted to the hospital today which is alway very scary no matter the reason. Everyone from the er, to the staff at the hospital were all amazing. His nurse (his name was Greg �) was so good with him, he was never scared or upset. They made sure he was very well taken care of, even making him special food he would eat. We didnt even have to ask, they just did it. They were very good about assuring me he was okay when things got scary. I had an appt but they called & canceled about an hour before I was due to go. They suggested I go in as a walk in since I was genuinely ill with the flu. The reception was courteous I give them that. Unfortunately the nurse was rude & the doctor on staff basically told me this is not the place to go for long term help (my high blood pressure ) she suggested over the counter meds for my flu & referred me to go somewhere else for my long term health. Usually that would be ok but I got charged a $40 copay to be told to go else... read more

Top notch facility and staff. We aren't from Andrews, but our newest grandson was just born there. I was very impressed with the care and hospital. Thank you all for taking care of my family.
