They need to something with their check in process. It should not take 45 minutes to get checked in for a procedure. My wife had a procedure scheduled for 1:45 and arrived at 1:10 and did not get checked in until 1:55. I understand small town Hospital but really need a more efficient process!!!

Every time we have gone to er or hospital, everyone has been nice and very helpful with mom. It has been plenty of times here lately. Thank you for kindness and understanding I know my mom can be a handful.
