We had to take our sweet, old girl Beans in last night because she wasn't acting like her normal self. Dr. Kent and our technician, Kelly, were wonderful. We didn't receive the news we had hoped for... Dr. Kent was thorough in explaining her diagnosis and honest with what she felt was Beans' prognosis. My husband and I appreciate the compassion and treatment we (and Beans) received last night.
Took our 9 year old German Shepherd in with a twisted stomach and after a 3 hr surgery Dr. McLin called to let us know our oldest 'baby' was stable. The staff has been very courteous, professional, caring, considerate and very upfront and honest. The local vet clinics could take some lessons from this ER facility! Thank you for all you do and all of your efforts in helping our fur babies!
OVER PRICED!!! Dr Hightower was just there to make a quick couple hundred bucks. The staff ignored us for the first 30 minutes we were in their office. I went to another vet and it was 1/2 the estimate of this place. I will NEVER take my fur babies there again. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
A kind and very caring staff when your pet is in crisis.
This clinic is wonderful. They have helped us many times with our rescues and also with my own Scottie kids. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Don't waste your money on these con artists or your time! They had a decent bedside manner but they dont give a damn about your animal they just want your money and are inept at best. They made my dog worse and charged me double. I would drive four hours before I use them again
Took one of my sphynx, Koschka, in tonight and everyone was very helpful and kind. They gave her a lot of cuddles, tlc, and some fluids and medication to get her on the mend. We have been here a few times, twice with my pets and twice with severely injured strays I have tried to save, all four times the staff was very compassionate and helpful. I also liked how knowledgeable the vet, Dr Hightower, was about the sphynx breed- that is unfortunately a hard thing to find in vets in Midland! Very happy with their care and my swee... read more
