RecommendedIt is always scary having an emergency after hours when your family vet is closed. We have had to rely on animal emergency hospital of Permian basin on more than one occasion. Each time we had the best care for our babies and feel like the staff went above and beyond for us. Comforted and Grateful knowing they are there for these unfortunate emergencies.
When someone is asking for help for their animal WELL within your working hours and your lady on the phone turns her away TWICE....excellent animal care my foot. Her dog DIED as a result of your lazy practices.
I had to use them a number of times as I am an out of state rescuer. Each time they went far beyond what was expected. They communicated updates very well and put me at ease that the dog was being well cared for...which the dog was. I feel that the staff here very much care and it came across at multiple levels of the team.
As pet owners, we all have our family veterinarians. Emergency’s and accidents seem to always happen after hours. I would highly recommend keeping the hospitals info on the counter or fridge because it can make the difference in saving your pets life. Waiting for the vet to open and riding it out is not an option sometimes. We’ve used them 3 times and could not be happier. Awesome staff and fast service.
They are all about the $ and do NOT care about the pets!!! They are crooked and heartless! I will NOT go back!!!! The Emergency Vet in Odessa on Grandview is the only Emergency vet I will deal with!
They close at 8am, but discourage you bringing your very sick dog when you call at 7:19am. Shame on you!
They do not care about you pet. only out for the money
Turning down emergencies, if your animal is in distress don’t call them they’ll tell you to go elsewhere.
