There is nowhere else I would go for my permanent makeup products. I was a student of Susan Church and I feel I was trained by the best, so it would only make sense to use permanent Makeup Products created by the same woman. Her products are far superior to competitors and you can't beat the customer service. if you're hesitant to order, don't be. You will not be disappointed.
I had several questions and called back a couple of times. Everytime I called Miguel was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. He explained things thoroughly and made me feel confident with my purchase!
I bought the Sapphire PRO Complete Kit based on the North Carolina Health Department requirement that the needles have expiration dates. Our tattoo specialist sampled the unit to see how it works. She was unhappy with the way it worked. Still we thought we could use it to get a license from the state. However, they didn't like it either.
