Thank goodness for Flora and Brandi. For my 45th birthday I deciced to get permanent eyebrows. Instead of searching online I went to a tatoo shop! Bad choice! Wrong decision! They were bad! I was going to take a Brillo pad and scrub them off. Then I found Brandi! She and Flora worked with me and got them fixed! It took 3 or 4 times but the end result was so worth it.
