They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible.
