First, the doctor was excellent. However, the office was another matter. Regal Health does not allocate funds to upgrade their facilities. For example, their blood pressure device is the same one I use at home, not a professional-grade unit, and even the nurse there does not like it. The office is old and hasn't been modernized. Regal Health does not provide upgraded machines or equipment that doctors and nurses need for daily use. Very disappointing.
Dr O'Rourke is always so positive and upbeat while being a problem solver.
