The front desk staff here is wonderful, as well as the people who draw blood. I had a great experience with that side of things, when visiting to address fatigue. The DO that I saw however, was not helpful. Her tone made it seem like my requests or questions were dramatic or exaggerated, when I reported intense fatigue. I also shared my difficulty sleeping through the night, to which she advised me to “journal”. I wasn’t satisfied with that answer (which I could’ve gotten from Google), so I did some blood tests. Update; I had to change doctors as my primary doctor was never available! I was able to switch to Dr Raymond and I have seen him twice already and love how him and his nurse are really professional and friendly and make sure you know all the procedures being done and take you step by step so there are no surprises! Love how quick I am able to get appointments too. Very great office and doctor. First time going and it was great.
