They use to be better. They don't do what they say they will. They'll tell you what you want to hear initially and backtrack on everything. They don't care if you're dealing with something urgent. They've negatively affected my health. Theydont know how to do referrals. I'm so serious. They fax the wrong numbers doctors. They operate like Murphy's law.
