I am very disappointed with the care I received from Nurse Practitioner Alexander French. During my appointment, I explained that I had already been through this process before and knew my medication would most likely be denied by my insurance. I requested that the prescription be sent directly to the specialty pharmacy that had previously shipped the medication to me.
