Excellent Service. I needed a replacement for my microwave. They delivered it in just a few days and the person who installed it was was so pleasant and had it done quickly. I can't say enough for the excelle.nt service I received

We have done business with this company for over 30 years. It is a family business and all family members are always helpful, knowledgeable and spend the time necessary to not only explain the product purchased but to explain the options. When service is necessary they have always provided it as needed and in a timely manner

Called for service on an 18 month old GE Profile electric stove. Steve White was the technician assigned to respond. He called to let me know when he anticipated arriving and arrived even before he anticipated. He was knowledgeable, professional, and immediately remedied the problem. He showed me the correct procedure to operate the function I thought was not working. He chatted briefly and was on his way. We called about a washer making strange motor noises and leaving oil on the floor. they came and diagnosed a bad motor, said it would be $300 to fix and it would be better to order a new machine . went to the store, found a floor model at a very good price. new machine install went flawlessly; their install people were great. i will never go to a big box store again for appliances.

Came quickly and promptly. Fixed my problem for $85. Will use them again if the need should arise. Fixed my washer without charging me an arm and a leg.

Marissa greeted us, answered all our questions (and we had many about the items we wanted) without rushing us to make a decision. I would not have saved anything buying online even from the lowest prices I found. They had an sizable assortment of appliances on display. Much less stressful than trying to buy at a big box store where they are always pushing for the sale. Delivery was arranged at our convenience and they showed up exactly when scheduled.
