DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I can't say one good thing about Perla's. I waited all day for a service person to show up at my house. When he didn't arrive by 2pm I called and spoke with young Rocco who said he'd have the service person call. When nobody called by 3pm I called and older Rocco told me that he left a voicemail message earlier in the day that the repair person was not coming but there was no message. Six weeks later the service person shows up and charges me like $150 for a five minute diagnosis - nothing was fixed... read more
l recomend Perla's Appliance because they had what I needed. After I ordered and received my stove they put it in and cleaned up afterwards.
A very pleasant sales experience, prompt and professional installation, prices that beat anywhere else I found for the items I wanted. That's a win, and a 5-star.

The stove we wanted was not in stock in the showroom, so Perla's orders it so we could come in and see it. We were able to come in a couple of days later and purchased it at an amazing price! They were able to deliver on the same day!
I like to shop local when I can, and was rewarded not only by getting THE very best pricing on my new washer and dryer, but also AMAZING delivery service! We have an old Pittsburgh house with lots of uneven stairs going up to it. On a 90+ degree day, these poor guys CARRIED each piece up since the dolly wouldn't do uneven stairs. Rocky was very informative.. did not try to sell anything.. He had the best prices (better than Home Depot and even Sams Club!!!) and great service.. I strongly recommend Perlas to anyone that wants to nurture hometown businesses!!! They are definitely a gem!
