This office has terrible customer service. I selected Dr. Maulino as my newborn's PCP and I have not met the Dr to this day. My daughter has been seen by different NP's each visit. I had an issue with the staff not being able to verify my daughter's eligibility, calling me time after time telling me she was not eligible. After multiple phone calls with the clinic and my daughter's insurance I did the work for them and provided proof of my daughter's eligibility to the clinic.
