SEE YELP. YOU DIDNT TAKE MY DOG TO PEE WHEN SHE WAS THERE FOR HOURS! YOU HURT HER BY CLIPPING HER NAILS AND DIDNT FILE THEM. SHE WAS SHAKING WHEN I GOT HER BACK. I HAVE USED YALL FOR YEARS. NOT EVER AGAIN!!!!

I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience with us. We appreciate your feedback as we are always looking for ways to make our offerings better and more streamlined for the pups. To answer your concern about filing the nails: we have been told by several veterinarians that filing can cause pain and damage by making the nail (and therefore the quick) very hot. While this is avoidable and there are many mixed viewpoints on this, we have chosen to only file upon request to alleviate the concerns of our clients.
The staff at the Perky Poodle are amazing! They are highly skilled and professional. My poodle looks like a new doggy every time he leaves Perky Poodle.
I've been here several times and it's been great, this time I picked up my Pekingese Pomeranian mix and she looked like she had barely been cut. I asked the lady if she could cut her hair shorter as she was suppose to have left an inch of hair. The lady apologized and said she didn't read the card that how how I like her hair cut and all her info on it. I came back 30 minutes later and her hair was choppy and very uneven.
