I love Soltane. I've been missing eating bread for so long that to be able to enjoy a freshly baked loaf of spelt is amazing. I also did very well with the tasty 10)% rye bread. Unlike store gluten free breads, Soltane's baker turns out loaves of moist, dense bread. I couldn't face another slice of dry as dust gluten free. Thank goodness I live nearby. Their coffee is pretty great too
