I had a truly terrible experience renting from this company. Perkins Properties is the quintessential sleazy real estate broker. Under no circumstance would I recommend doing business with them. If you think you are getting a good price on rent, don't be fooled, this is a dishonest company and you will pay dearly for entering into any contractual agreement with them.
