We have been using them for about 5 years now. The staff is always very respectful and willing to work with you when you have questions or concerns. The prices are reasonable and on the rare occasion we happen to find a few bugs in the house after a spray, they always come back and fix the problem for free.
Perkins does a great job, I had a severe bedbug infestation, and they were able to clear it up! I've been with them since and have not had any problems for a few years , now.
