This is the second truck I have bought from Perkins Autoplex. I had an excellent experience both times. This is the simple least and easiest process for buying a vehicle. You’re not in there for hours. We arrived test drove the truck that he wanted and let’s just note the drove that truck in from Nashville for him that morning. My experience was disappointing. When they made a mistake, they were not honest or willing to correct it. Instead of taking responsibility, they became defensive when I pointed it out and refused to make things right. Integrity and accountability are important to me, and unfortunately, I did not see either here. I would not recommend them.
The people at Perkins are always amazing to work with! We wouldn’t do business with anyone else!
