Really disappointed in the service I received. I had a great appointment, even spent extra money for the high tech digital eye scan so I’d have a proper prescription since I needed new glasses. I tried on glasses at the clinic and saw ones I liked, but they were too expensive for my budget. Like anyone else would, I shopped elsewhere. I reached out to Dr. Perkins asking about my prescription and some other questions and he basically refused to answer them because I didn’t get my glasses from his office. Perkins scheduled an appointment without being asked and texted to confirm date and time because “it’s been a year and I might want to.” Forcing me to call and cancel an appointment I did not make. Tough times and a lot of health providers are aggressively up selling, but this really crossed the line. Won’t be back

Thank you for your review. Some patients appreciate an annual eye appointment reminder. We have in place an auto (pre-appointment/messenger) medical records system based on your last eye appt date. We will never upsell you on the choice of keeping your eye health and prescriptions up to date. We apologize about the communication.

Wonderful experience at my first appointment here today! Went in for a contact exam and the staff & Dr. Perkins were professional, friendly & personable. Will definitely be coming back here in the future, love supporting fellow small business owners in Park Circle!
If I could give Perkins Eyecare 10 stars I would. Such amazing and caring people. I would highly recommend Dr Perkins. He was amazing with me and two teenage daughters. Thea was awesome assisting us with glasses and very knowledgeable and patient with my daughters million questions. Totally recommend!
