You didn't do very good at all. There were numerous issues. One issue is that the issues from my last visit were never addressed > so I have to wonder if it will do any good to even tell you how things went. Very good! Very friendly!
It had been a couple of years since I have visited a Dentist. Overall I was pretty much satisfied. Monica talked to me about concerns & cleaned my teeth. She then went on to another patient, handing me off to another hygienist. Unfortunately, one of the items Monica & I discussed got dropped during the staff change. Dr Perkins was never informed. No problems and fast.
Calm & well-mannered staff greet you & talk you through the time in office so sure of comprehension of what they are wanting to do & willing to let pt decide on next step of treatment. Enjoy the sound advice & their explanations & options of proceeding at own willingness to do.
