They are amazing! I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect but my n nurse explained everything that was going to happen in the appointment so I wasn’t blind sided. The doctor was amazing in explaining the reasoning behind everything. The nurse then went through my entire procedure step by step so I knew exactly what to expect. They also told me I could bring my stuffed animal from home :)
The doctor, hygienist and staff are all very friendly, and genuinely concerned about your care. Dr. D'Silva actually followed up with a phone call to me to see how I was doing after my procedure! Plus, great scheduling...never a long wait upon arrival!
Amazing facility and the Best Periodontist in the town. Dr. Eric D’Silva is very knowledgeable and acquires expert knowledge when comes to periodontal issues. He listened to my concerns patiently and shared the treatment options. Staff is excellent and very welcoming as well. I am very happy with the service and I would give 10 stars if I could and definitely recommend Dr. Eric D’Silva to all!
Very pleasant and well informed team. Dr. Da’ Silva very patiently answered all my questions and did a great job explaining my situation and the future work to be completed on my tooth. First visit was awesome I’ll be back! GL.
It's actually refreshing to meet the employees/nurses & Dr. Eric. Such a good vibe going on. Everything to do with the procedure I was having was talked about discussed, pictures made, pictures shown lots of smiles. The surgery that I went through was basically painless because the prep & the drugs were used appropriately. Here I sit at home day two after an early morning surgery yesterday morning and I would never know that I had a tooth cut out and had jawbone work done.
