We stayed the night on the ranch at the Camp House and ate our dinner and lunch the next day at the Steakhouse. Delicious!! I was so impressed with my dinner I had the exact same thing for lunch. That tenderloin filet is the best I've ever had! Can't wait to come back with friends!
We don't get a chance to be at the steakhouse often but our fridge and freezer are never without a few tenderloins. If I want to recognize a job well done or great service I dub it "Perini Tenderloin Quality" and have them one sent out.
