Came through on New Year's Eve. Was a terrible ice storm from El Paso to Abilene. Took us over 12 hours. Had to call and reschedule our reservation twice and were 15 minutes late for our 9:15 reservation. Most everyone was home because of the weather but the staff at the ranch were welcoming and the food was awesome. We heard about the steakhouse on Texas Country Reporter and made it s point to stop.
My wife and I had dinner here for the first time today. It was fantastic. First of all, the environment of the restaurant was very cool. Loved all the decorations! We had jalapeno bites, house salad with ranch, Ribeye steak with cowboy potatoes, Grilled chicken with cowboy potatoes. Everything was great. The steak was cooked just they way i ordered it.
