RecommendedWe have eaten here several times and it never disappoints. The lamb is my absolute favorite! I love the unassuming decor filled with laughter and the aroma of amazing food plus there is a full bar.

We recently had the pleasure of celebrating the holidays and a special birthday over an amazing meal at Perini’s. My 13 year old son said it was a “Life changing meal!” He bravely chose the 22 ounce Cowboy Ribeye and devoured every last bite! He somehow had room for green beans, hominy, 5 quail legs and half of Grandma’s birthday bread pudding. I just had an opportunity to treat my brother to The Perini Ranch Steakhouse experience. True to form, they delivered. Both steaks were perfectly cooked ribeyes. The salads and green beans side dishes complemented the steaks. We had a terrific server named Shea (spelling?). I was happy I persuaded my brother that the eleven hours of driving from New Mexico today would be worth it if we could have dinner at my favorite steakhouse in the world.
