RecommendedWhat do I reccomend? Take your pick. Anything on the menu, but may I suggest the bone-in (Cowboy) ribeye steak. If you like it once you will like it forever because, like a good baseball umpire, it's consistent. You know where you stand when you order. If you like medium rare as I, it is always medium rare. You want it well done and ruined, they can do that, too, but that order is your fault. Atmosphere, ambience, and great food/service. That's what you can expect at Perini Ranch. Everytime.
