Since we have moved in last July, we have had issues with our AC and it never seems to be fixed, even after the "repairs" that are done. Coming home to an 80 degree apartment is absolutely unacceptable. Putting in an emergency maintenance request for a broken AC doesn't seem to catch their attention either, so our AC runs constantly, blowing warm air. When in question, Fort Family is the way to go! They have several modern, luxurious communities to choose from that are located in different parts of Jacksonville. You can't go wrong with any of them!
If you are looking for a new luxury community to live at in Jacksonville you don't have to look any further than a Fort Family property! They design their properties with us in mind from the layouts to the high end amenities to the staff they hire! Fort Family is definitely a family business and it shows in their amazing work. :)
Fort Family is taking over Jacksonville! They have some of the most beautiful properties I have ever seen and the best staff around! You will always feel like family when you live at a Fort Family property!
The staff at Cabana club are friendly and eagerly seek out opportunities to improve resident life. They are fun to work with and make me feel like I'm truly working alongside a family that always strives for smiles. Great crew, stunning offices!

Living at Paradise Island has been awful; one maintenance issue after another has been met with incompetence, disdain, and a profound lack of communication. It has been a year of full of stress and frustration and I do not at all recommend Paradise Island as an apartment complex. Lee, the new maintenance supervisor, at least seems to be on the right track and hopefully he can turn things around.
